Calligraphy Pen Red

Laveste hos Newport NO · 1 butikk

These two glass calligraphy pens are works of art in themselves, created to unite beauty and function in the art of writing. One pen shimmers in a deep red tone with a bold spiral design that catches the light and ink in a dramatic way, while the other is crystal clear with playful carvings that give it a softer and more ethereal expression. Together they create a perfect balance between strength and elegance.Glass pens became popular in eighteenth century Venice, where masters of glassblowing crafted each piece by hand. Their spiral shaped tips are not only decorative but also highly practical, as they hold the ink and allow it to flow smoothly across the paper. This made them highly valued among poets, artists and collectors who regarded them as both tools and decorative objects.Did you
